seamless and valuable consultation experience between users and our panel of
licensed mental health professionals. This Refund Policy outlines the
conditions under which users may request a refund for services booked through
our platform.

  1. Appointment Cancellations
  2. a) User-Initiated Cancellations
  • Before 12 hours of scheduled time: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Within 12 hours of scheduled time: No refund, but rescheduling may be permitted based on doctor availability.
  • No-Show or Missed Appointment: No refund.
  1. b) Doctor-Initiated Cancellations

If the assigned psychiatrist cancels or fails to join the session:

  • You will receive a full refund, or the appointment will be rescheduled at your preference.
  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Double payment or duplicate booking due to a technical error.
  • Consultation not delivered due to system failure or platform-side error.
  • Appointment cancelled by doctor without alternative schedule offered.
  • Valid issues with quality of service, subject to internal review and verification.

Note: Dissatisfaction with professional advice or personal expectations is not considered a valid ground for refund, as therapeutic outcomes vary based on individual factors.

  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@white-partridge-834257.hostingersite.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Appointment ID
  • Date and Time of Consultation
  • Reason for Refund Request

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  1. Non-Refundable Services
  • Completed consultations
  • Subscription fees (if applicable) after usage has started
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice)
  1. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request was wrongly denied, you may escalate the matter to amodhealth@gmail.com, and our grievance redressal team will review your case.
